    • Starts with Organization Climate and Culture Assessment includes separate listening sessions with school leadership, teachers, staff, and families to diagnose the specific needs of the school community.

    • Quarterly Professional Development sessions for ALL school staff.

    • Quarterly Parent and Family Wellness Series with Q&A for parents and families.

    • Monthly BIPoC Student Support Groups.

    • Monthly LGBTQIA2+ Student Support Groups.

    • Monthly Students with Disabilities Support Groups.

    • Monthly Coaching/Support Groups for Adults Service Students with Disabilities.

    • Individual Student Support sessions.

    • Critical Incident Debriefings, include support for involved parties and feedback report with recommendations for community healing.
