Nicole Isom, MHA, PHR (She/Her)

Director of Operations at And Still We Rise, Nicole supports the ASWR workflow strategy and organization of all essential business processes. She believes that people, connection, and employee experiences are at the heart of any organization - and it takes strong systems and processes to support them. Nicole serves her community through board membership and local volunteer opportunities. She holds a Masters' in Health Administration from the University of North Florida, certification in Diversity & Inclusion in HR Management, and is a certified Professional in Human Resources and Diversity & Inclusion Recruiter. Outside of work, you can find her spending time with family and friends, re-watching Grey’s Anatomy episodes, or planning her next travel adventure.
