Luba Falk Feigenberg (She/Her/Hers)

Senior Liberation Consultant at And Still We Rise. Luba Falk Feigenberg is an educator, psychologist, and facilitator whose work focuses on individual and organizational growth and change. She is passionate about supporting learning processes that promote reflective practice and a culture of inquiry. At the core of her work is a commitment to equity, accessibility, and social justice.

Luba’s extensive professional experience includes leadership, research, and program management roles in nonprofit, education, human services, and community health care. A licensed school counselor, she has taught courses in child development, research methods, and program evaluation at Boston College, Tufts University, and Harvard University. She is currently faculty at the William James College Center for Behavioral Health, Equity, and Leadership in Schools.

Luba earned her undergraduate degree from Haverford College and holds a master’s degree and doctorate from the Harvard Graduate School of Education in Human Development and Psychology. 

Outside of work, Luba loves to visit the library, try new recipes, and explore cities near and far with her family. She also serves her community through board membership at the Cambridge Community Center, participation in the Greater Boston Evaluation Network DEI Committee, and various local volunteer opportunities.

Luba is fluent in English.
