Dr. Traice Webb-Bradley, Ph.D. (She/Her/Hers)
Dr. Traice Webb-Bradley (she/her) is an experienced licensed psychologist and clinical director for And Still We Rise. She earned her doctorate from the University of Missouri-Columbia in Counseling Psychology. She is also a former president of the St. Louis chapter of the Association of Black Psychologists. Her clinical approach emphasizes culturally respectful and affirming care. Her mission is to honor the lived experiences of others and help them reclaim their agency. Dr. Webb-Bradley believes that therapy does not purely have to focus on pain as the healing process requires us to name and acknowledge gains, even when they are small. The life of a healer can be intense at times. She grounds herself by creating floral arrangements to reconnect with her creativity and spending time with/learning from exotic birds, including her own flock of four "birdiebabies.”
